- There are a multitude of tasks the user can perform on the discharge plan that are not fully represented in this topic
- To get instructions for tasks, users have to click How? or More info … and are taken to yet another screen
- The most relevant information is actually in the Managing Elements of a Discharge Plan topic under Related Topics, which takes users to another screen where they click more links
- Users get lost in the help

- Clicking a link opens a pop-up window so the user never loses the main topic
